- Establish and lead your own location within an exclusive territory
- Provide personal consultations to seniors and their family members
- Arrange placements of Eastern European caregivers for in-home support
- Execute regional marketing and sales activities
- Build a network of local stakeholders such as hospitals, care support centers (Pflegestützpunkte) and senior advisory services
- Support and manage clients throughout the entire contract period
- Serve as a solution-oriented contact for questions and challenges in day-to-day care
Requirements
- Strong communicator, persuasive, and entrepreneurial
- You have a passion for social issues — care experience is not required
- Empathetic, resilient, and able to handle sensitive life situations professionally
- Enjoy networking and are comfortable making phone calls and speaking face-to-face
- Ideally have experience in sales or in advisory-intensive roles
- Willing to take on responsibility and commit for the long term
