- Provide complete renditions including every detail of conversations
- Handle challenging calls at any time
- Use customer service and communication skills with clear enunciation, pronunciation, and professional expression
- Follow client instructions and manage call flow without taking over the call
- Avoid interacting with limited-English speakers without client permission
- Remain calm during incoherent, upset, and emergency calls
- Remain punctual and available during scheduled work hours
- Maintain internet access for work-related electronic communication

Requirements
- High Schools degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (HSK4/Native speakers with an OCI card)
- Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics, cultural implications, and idiomatic expressions of Mandarin
- Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
- Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and remain neutral and objective
- Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with permission or at the client's request
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights
