- Influence and work between media agencies and brand teams to support media strategy
- Oversee day-to-day execution with media agencies to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time
- Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and implementation across paid media platforms
- Conduct quality assurance on media buys, targeting parameters, tagging, and creative rotations
- Monitor budget pacing and delivery against spend targets
- Identify and implement in-flight optimizations within established guardrails
- Maintain documentation including media plans, campaign specifications, timelines, and learnings
- Track campaign performance against benchmarks and KPIs
- Monitor results and flag performance trends, risks, and opportunities
- Escalate performance issues, optimization opportunities, and operational risks to the Director of Media
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly performance reporting across campaigns and channels
- Support reporting accuracy, data quality, KPI tracking, dashboard updates, performance insights, and test analysis
- Ensure brand goals and direction are implemented by media agencies
- Coordinate with Website & SEO on landing page performance, tracking implementation, and traffic quality signals
- Partner with Media Operations on audience segmentation, suppression strategies, retargeting, tagging, tracking, and audience integration
- Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to maintain operational alignment
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or media operations
- Experience working with media agencies and digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.)
- Experience working with analytics teams and performance dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and operational details simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy
- Strong organizational and process orientation with comfort managing approvals and documentation
- Collaborative, accountable, and energized by execution
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA a plus
