- Participate in the Aetna Managed Medicaid Fellowship focused on the health plan side of pharmacy benefits management
- Work on utilization management projects across Medicaid Pharmacy shared services teams and individual health plans
- Support shared service functions for clinical and operational administration of pharmacy benefit services
- Contribute to optimized medication utilization and high-quality outcomes
- Gain exposure to projects designed to cultivate future Aetna/CVS Health leaders
Requirements
- PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
- Pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire date
- Working knowledge of drug information resources
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong writing ability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Travel may be required for training programs and professional meetings and conferences
- Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Proven track record of high performance
