- Lead projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, status reports, and governance documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions as needed
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes
- Communicate project status, key decisions, and risks to business leaders and executive stakeholders
- Partner with business teams, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery success
- Support enterprise transformation, operational improvement, and customer-facing initiatives
- Proactively identify and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum and delivery timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing projects within the banking, credit union, financial services, or regulated financial industry
- Experience working within an Enterprise PMO environment
- Scrum Master, PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or related certifications
- Experience leading digital transformation, operational improvement, or customer experience initiatives
- Experience supporting technology-driven projects and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with project management tool Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management
- Experience delivering projects using Traditional/Waterfall methodologies and Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Proven ability to create project plans and successfully drive execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple organizational levels
- Comfortable presenting project updates to managers, directors, and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated history of delivering projects on time and achieving business objectives
