- Handle ongoing rental accounting
- Prepare and manage outstanding receivables

Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, commercial specialist, or real estate agent (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of real estate accounting or financial accounting; career changers are welcome
- Strong affinity for numbers and a meticulous working style
- Very good PC skills, including MS Office
- Initial experience with property management banking software is an advantage, but not required
