- Lead and manage a team of IT technicians
- Oversee team operations, tasks, and performance
- Provide IT support to customers, both remotely and on-site
- Act as the technical project lead for assigned clients
- Advise, plan, implement, and further develop IT infrastructure projects
- Handle system administration tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments
Requirements
- Completed IT training or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in IT administration or infrastructure
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications - especially client and server technologies, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to help
- Enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers
- Independent, flexible, and reliable working style
- High level of commitment, responsibility, and loyalty
- Quick comprehension and strong identification with your role
- German: minimum C1 level
- English: minimum B2 level
- IT-related degree or equivalent qualification (preferred but not required)
- No specific industry experience required - a solid background in IT administration is essential
