• Independently manage a clearly defined portfolio of condominium associations
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on condominium owners’ meetings
• Provide digital support for invitations, resolution proposals, and minutes
• Implement resolutions and coordinate external service providers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for advisory boards and condominium owners
• Provide active feedback on IT-supported systems and help further develop processes
• If desired, support the acquisition of new condominium associations in cooperation with management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a real estate agent or comparable qualification
- At least a qualification as a certified property manager in accordance with Section 26a of the German Condominium Act (WEG)
- Several years of experience in condominium association management
- Confident and professional presence at condominium owners’ meetings
- Strong affinity for IT and an interest in digital tools
- Enjoy developing processes and shaping new initiatives
- Excellent written and spoken German
