- The TAR Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of a Turn Around (installation shut-down for maintenance) cycle (Preparation, execution and capitalization).
- Scoping: The supply of the scope of work is the responsibility of the installation owner.
- Project time planning: The TAR Manager will define the time line and the required resources for the TAR organization.
- Work detailing & preparation: Completion of the bid-packages for RFQ.
- On site preparation (temporary facilities, gate entry etcetera).
- Progress & Quality monitoring during Execution.
- Capitalisation & wrap up: The closing of all work-orders in the CMMS.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor level of capabilities
- A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
- 2 years experience in turn around and/or project management
- Project Management skills
- Cost & budget control skills
- Knowledge of maintenance information software (Maximo, MS Project/ MS Office)
- Fluent in English; any other language (Dutch, German) would be an asset.
