Responsibilities
Owns the continuous improvement roadmap, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time.
Leads adoption of operational best practices through coaching and influence.
Partners with group operations functions to coordinate projects and share knowledge.
Provides input to innovation roadmaps, business cases, and process design.
Supports rollout of group projects, owning selected initiatives end-to-end.
Tracks and analyzes performance metrics to identify root causes and standardize fixes.
Documents processes (VSM, process maps) and develops change documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of operational experience with ownership of projects or programs.
Strong leadership and coaching capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Access.
Project management experience.
Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across sites.
