You develop fragrance and cosmetics packaging from A to Z – from designers’ concepts to the finished product on the shelf.
- Your specifications are technically mature and take efficient processing methods into account.
- Together with international suppliers you ensure smooth implementation and independently approve production releases.
- Sustainability is important to you: you actively drive solutions in line with the PPWR.
- You test and evaluate new packaging concepts, materials and decorations – always with a focus on quality and cost.

Requirements
- A completed degree (Packaging Technology, Plastics/Polymer Engineering, Product Design or similar)
- 2+ years of experience in packaging development – ideally in cosmetics, at packaging users or manufacturers
- Design sensibility plus technical know-how (3D CAD design, Solid Works or comparable tools)
- Knowledge of cosmetic packaging and related materials such as glass, plastics and fibrous materials
- Experience creating technical specifications and logistical data
- Strong cost awareness ("Design to Cost")
- Good English skills for international collaboration
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
