- Plan and implement software rollouts together with customers based on contractual agreements
- Clarify business and technological requirements and advise customers
- Analyze data and interfaces and support data preparation and consolidation for application integration
- Configure application parameters jointly with customers in accordance with the Implementation Guide
- Train and instruct administrators and users
- Create and publish instructions and help topics within the software through various channels
- Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between customers and agile development teams
- Support the agile project team with customization projects
- Contribute to the Customer Service team after go-live and act as a point of contact for application-related questions
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable completed qualification
- Strong customer focus
- Initial professional experience in project management or project coordination, ideally in the automotive supplier sector
- Solution-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on mentality
- Independent working style, high level of commitment, and excellent presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent German and English
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and standard Office applications is a plus
