- Carrying out payroll processing for our clients, ensuring compliance with all legal and collective bargaining requirements, including all upstream and downstream tasks
- Maintenance and management of personnel and payroll data
- Handling statutory notifications and issuance of certificates
- Communication with authorities, social security agencies, and health insurance funds
- Preparation of certificates and payroll reports
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualifications
- Expert knowledge in payroll processing
- User proficiency with a payroll system such as SAP, P&I, DATEV, etc.
- Good knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and related legal areas
- Analytical skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
- Service-oriented mindset
