- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting through offboarding
- Lead recruiting processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Handle HR administration in Personio
- Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the tax advisor
- Organize onboarding, benefits, and employee support
- Manage the Hamburg office and help shape it as a productive and welcoming workplace
- Coordinate service providers, orders, and team events
- Build efficient and scalable HR and office processes
- Play a key role in building the People function and supporting team growth
Requirements
- Experience in HR and recruiting
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Hands-on mentality and a high degree of ownership
- Discretion, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Excellent German and English skills
- Ideally, experience with Personio or Join and in a startup or scale-up environment
