• Lead the analysis and implementation of global compensation programs, including base pay, short-term incentives, and equity
• Conduct global market benchmarking, assess peer groups, and maintain consistent market pricing and internal equity
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify problems, develop hypotheses, and recommend data-backed compensation solutions
• Partner with HRIS/Systems to implement, test, and define requirements for Workday performance and compensation modules
• Streamline and automate monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation reporting and analysis using modern data tools and AI workflows
• Provide compensation analytics and clearly communicate complex findings and recommendations
• Advise internal stakeholders on compensation matters, including offer recommendations, promotions, and equity grants
• Drive job architecture projects, evaluating roles, defining levels, and ensuring internal equity
• Develop and maintain compensation modeling tools and dashboards
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and People Operations on executive compensation analysis and Board/Compensation Committee materials
• Monitor legislative and market changes affecting compensation and recommend proactive adjustments

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience
  • Deep expertise in compensation benchmarking and survey methodology, including Radford, Mercer, Compa, and Pave
  • Proven ability to manage global compensation programs in a high-growth environment
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
  • Experience with job evaluation frameworks and leveling
  • CCP designation (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Background in broad-based compensation and administration preferred
  • Familiarity with pay equity analysis tools preferred
  • Experience at a publicly traded SaaS or technology company preferred
  • Prior experience supporting Compensation Committee reporting preferred
