- Proven experience delivering instructor‑led training and building full‑course learning content for external audiences
- Experience creating customer‑facing education, not internal‑only training
- Ability to translate complex product functionality into clear, actionable learning experiences
- Experience building hands‑on labs and workflow‑based training
- Experience developing assessments aligned to learning objectives and outcomes
- Strong project execution skills and ability to manage timelines and dependencies
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in high‑volume, release‑driven environments
- Experience in Saa S customer or partner enablement
- Experience supporting certification programs and structured learning tracks
- Familiarity with agile and rapid content development methodologies
- Experience identifying microlearning opportunities from learner behavior and support insights
