- Carry out discovery research and synthesize findings to identify key project requirements and scope
- Use AI to improve design workflows, accelerate exploration, and create better product experiences
- Translate complex insurance problems into simple, elegant user experiences
- Own the end-to-end design process, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
- Collaborate with engineers to bring designs to life with precision and consistency
- Champion user needs across the product lifecycle using data and research to inform decisions
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for scalability and efficiency
- Work closely with the Head of Product Design, Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders from concept to launch
Requirements
- Based in the United Kingdom
- 3+ years proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- High proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX flows, and visual design skills
- Strong interest in AI and experience exploring how AI can be incorporated into the design process and product experiences
- Experience working on SaaS or enterprise products; insurance or fintech experience is a bonus
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Comfortable switching between big-picture product strategy and pixel-level detail
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain decisions clearly and collaborate across teams
