- Develop and maintain product roadmaps for CMS capabilities, partner propositions and platform features
- Work with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and continuously evolve the platform
- Lead product delivery from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring products deliver measurable value
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for Engineering teams
- Own a prioritised backlog and work with Engineering, Design and QA to deliver high-quality products at pace
- Deliver scalable CMS capabilities, reusable components and platform features enabling teams across the business
- Work with Engineering to design reusable, maintainable and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver partner propositions and enhance platform capabilities
- Use user feedback, operational insight and business priorities to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Use AI, automation and reusable platform capabilities to improve workflows, reduce duplication and accelerate delivery
- Measure the impact of new capabilities and apply learnings to future product decisions
- Build relationships across Publishing, Engineering, Commercial and Product teams
- Act as the central communication point for the product area and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, progress and decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management, with a track record of delivering high-impact platform products, internal tools or business capabilities
- Comfortable working across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through delivery and iteration
- Experience with CMS, publishing tools, content platforms or partner-facing products is a plus
- Experience delivering cross-functional product initiatives, collaborating across Engineering, Design and business teams to achieve shared outcomes
- Comfortable working closely with Engineering and translating business needs into clear product requirements
- Experience using AI to improve product development, accelerate delivery and solve complex problems
- Data-informed, with strong product judgement and the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs that deliver the greatest value
- Exemplary communication and stakeholder skills, with a proven ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical teams
- Curious, pragmatic and proactive, with a practical approach to solving problems and delivering value
