- Ensure the technical and commercial success of the Business Units' solutions
- Provide technical assistance in design, application, installation and troubleshooting
- Recommend materials and design solutions based on customers' specific requirements
- Provide technical support to field sales teams
- Maintain contact with other Big Dutchman units
- Provide post-sales technical support
- Work closely with the Engineering and After-Sales departments
- Analyze market demands and customer feedback
- Develop documentation, manuals and support materials
- Propose product improvements
- Develop test and diagnostic procedures
Requirements
- Technical degree in engineering or related fields preferred
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Spanish and/or English
