- Provide a warm welcome to Realtors and Clients
- Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on market-condition changes
- Comply with applicable mortgage-lending laws and regulations
- Communicate with borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, and others to expedite the mortgage process
- Request and follow up on required client documentation
- Disclose and submit loans to the Operations Department
- Perform basic income calculations
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
- Meet closing-timeframe goals
- Work within a database
- Plan and set up lunch-ins and meetings
- Market, service, and promote the Company’s loan products
- Assist the Loan Officer in partnering with Realtors, Builders, and other clients to secure mortgage financing
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and technology-related skills
- Extremely organized
- Computer savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
- DU knowledge is a plus
- Ability to follow up with multiple prospects daily
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus
- Knowledge of working within a database is a plus
- Professional demeanor
- Self-motivated
- NMLS license
