Requirements
- Commercial or business-related vocational training
- University degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus
- Initial experience in project assistance, ideally in an agency environment
- Initial experience in team leadership, communication, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach
- Fluent German
- Business-fluent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for innovation
