Responsibilities Lead the overall technical coordination and management of projects, ensuring efficient communication with customers and internal teams.
Ensure that all engineering designs are aligned with customer specifications, budget constraints, and project timelines.
Coordinate the design reviews and manage the engineering activities for all project work packages, focusing on large‑scale, complex projects such as HVDC and FACTS systems.
Monitor project risks and opportunities, providing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee document control and configuration management, ensuring all project documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
Manage technical interactions with subcontractors and ensure the integration of their deliverables with the overall project plan.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead Return on Experience (ROE) initiatives, capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements Extensive, long‑standing engineering experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment, particularly in the power generation, transmission, and distribution sectors (T&D).
