- Own customer projects from discovery and workshops through ongoing implementation
- Work alongside experienced team members during your first few weeks, then lead projects independently
- Manage multiple customers in parallel
- Report directly to the founder and work closely with the engineering team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer projects, usually working directly with customers’ executive leadership
- Prepare and facilitate workshops
- Run weekly calls and demos
- Own scoping and translate requirements for the engineering team
- Help customers work measurably differently within just a few weeks
- Build initial prototypes yourself using modern AI tools, without coding
- Prepare pre-sales opportunities and participate in proposal discussions
- Gradually take ownership of expansion opportunities with your existing customers
- Develop templates, checklists, and processes that become standard practice for the delivery team
- During the first 6–8 weeks, shadow ongoing projects, gradually take over workshops and calls, and learn the tools with real customers
- After approximately three months, independently lead 2–3 customer projects
- After six months, manage customers independently
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, such as an Implementation or Onboarding Consultant in B2B Saa S, a rollout or ERP consultant, a digital or process consultant, or a Project Manager / Chief of Staff for digital transformation projects at mid-sized companies
- Have led at least one customer project from kick-off through go-live
- Experience independently facilitating workshops, training sessions, requirements‑gathering sessions, or demos
- Structured way of working, even without predefined processes
- Fluent German
- Full-time work authorization in Germany
- English at a solid professional working level
- Technical curiosity and a willingness to try out new tools independently
- Regular use of Chat GPT or Claude
- Willingness to lead customer conversations and take ownership
- No computer science degree, coding experience, or completed AI project required
- Nice to have, but not required: personal projects built with AI tools such as Claude, n8n, or Lovable; experience with mid‑sized business customers; pre‑sales experience; change management experience
