Responsibilities
- You are the primary point of contact for our clients and the key person coordinating processes between departments to achieve objectives and deliver projects within the given timeframe.
- You are responsible for virtual, hybrid, and on‑site projects from planning through execution.
- You ensure your international clients are satisfied by actively advising and supporting them and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- You track and monitor project progress, including budget, schedule, and scope for each project.
- You plan and manage interdisciplinary teams using both agile and traditional project management methods.
- You pursue and fulfill additional requests from our industry clients within our portfolio after conducting an appropriate feasibility analysis.
- You work closely with senior management and the project management team and always know the status of your teams.
Requirements
- You have prior experience in project management.
- You have experience in the trade show and conference sector, ideally with medical professional congresses.
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Experience in client/customer management.
- Possibly experience in up‑selling and cross‑selling.
- Self‑organized, structured working style with clear goals.
- Willingness to travel during project phases (Europe‑wide).
