- Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from planning through closeout
- Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
- Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
- Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation
- Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule
- Track project progress and report status and variances
- Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
- Apply project management principles and techniques to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
- Coach others and share knowledge across related job disciplines
Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
- Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Sophisticated math skills
- Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
