Responsibilities Lead demanding software development projects in hybrid setups (on-site & shoring)
Responsible for the successful delivery of software solutions with respect to budget, schedule, scope and quality
Close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure well-founded technical decisions
Translate business requirements into concrete technical concepts and actionable solutions
Active involvement in presales and presentation of technical solution approaches to clients
Collaboration with nearshore/offshore teams in international delivery setups
Take on additional roles in smaller projects — for example, business analysis or requirements engineering
Requirements Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics (ETH, university, UAS/FH or HF)
Several years of experience leading software development projects
Mandatory experience in software development or a solid technical background in the software engineering domain
Ability to communicate with developers on equal terms and understand technical contexts
Experience with agile project methodologies and working with hybrid project teams
Experience collaborating with nearshore/offshore teams is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken German and English
