Quality Audit Analyst – Trainer

• Plan and conduct training
• Perform detailed audits

• Create procedural documents (DLP - desk level procedure) for provider data entry

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 2 years of health insurance experience or 4 years' experience in health insurance
• Analytical and mathematical skills
• Experience preparing reports and analyzing data
• Interpersonal skills for meeting with employees and management on performance measurements
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Experience making decisions independently with minimal supervision
• Project management skills
• Presentation skills
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage daily work load and meet deadlines
• PC proficiency including Word, Excel, and databases
