Recruitment Specialist

• Manage recruitment activities for multiple roles across different industries and job functions
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Review resumes and applications against job requirements and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Evaluate candidate experience, skills, communication, availability, and overall role fit
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming hiring needs
• Coordinate candidate endorsements and next steps with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate statuses, interview notes, and recruitment activity in the ATS or recruitment tracker
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates
• Manage multiple open positions and prioritize hiring needs based on urgency
• Identify recruitment challenges and adjust sourcing or screening strategies when necessary
• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
• Experience recruiting for roles across multiple industries and job functions
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools
• Ability to quickly understand different job requirements and candidate profiles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and consistent with candidate tracking and documentation
• Ability to prioritize urgent roles and work with a sense of urgency
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps and capable of supporting work during a power outage
• Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor
• Minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions
• Functioning webcam
• Noise-canceling USB headset
• Quiet, dedicated home office space
• Smartphone for communication and verification purposes
