Reporting – Technical Writer

Support CMS by keeping its enterprise AI platform well-documented and its data governance clear
Produce and maintain SOPs, user guides, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation tailored to the audience
Build and format recurring reports covering platform and data-governance activity
Follow Section 508 and plain-language standards
Organize documentation and reporting so it remains a reliable source of truth

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in technical writing, documentation, or reporting
• Genuinely strong writing and editing skills; clear, concise, and organized
• Comfort with documentation and reporting tools (Confluence, Word, and the like)
• An eye for detail and a knack for making complex things simple
• Experience with 508-compliant documentation or federal reporting would be advantageous
• Familiarity with data governance or technical/AI subject matter would be advantageous
• Previous experience supporting CMS or another federal agency would be advantageous
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
• Acceptable results of a background investigation
