- Scientifically plan, execute, and manage public and industry-related dry-coating projects
- Take responsibility for coating systems and their further development
- Contribute to the successful implementation of complex projects
- Independently conduct experiments in materials and process development
- Develop methodologies for characterizing mixtures and powders
- Record relevant project data and documentation
- Monitor and oversee project progress
- Manage projects and communicate with clients
- Supervise technical staff and support personnel
Requirements
- Completed university degree in the natural sciences, engineering, or comparable relevant field
- Focus in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or process engineering
- Excellent knowledge of battery electrode manufacturing
- Knowledge of solvent-free electrode manufacturing is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of electrode properties for solid-state batteries, lithium-ion batteries, and other next-generation batteries
- Experience handling hazardous materials
- Previous experience in powder characterization and particle technology
- Several years of experience managing and coordinating research projects
- Excellent communication skills to manage projects and supervise technical staff and support personnel
- Excellent command of German and English
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Hands-on approach and outstanding commitment to project management
- Independent, structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
