- Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for escalated colleague retirement benefits inquiries
- Provide customer service and resolve retirement benefits issues through investigation and coordination with internal and external partners
- Guide colleagues through retirement benefits enrollment processes and plan changes
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Participate in colleague and new hire benefits presentations
- Process retirement benefits transactions accurately and in compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain retirement benefits records and data integrity across systems
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors on processing and reconciliation
- Support enrollment activities, communications, system updates, and employee meetings
- Reconcile and process retirement benefits-related invoices
- Support implementation of new retirement benefits programs
- Monitor retirement benefits operations and resolve issues
- Analyze data and recommend retirement process improvements
- Research benefits issues, identify root causes, and develop resolution recommendations
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and document processes, procedures, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and program enhancements
- Leverage technology tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 2 years in Benefits Administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including ability to work with formulas and pivot tables
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working with an Enterprise Human Capital Management System
- Skilled in process management
- Ability to listen actively, communicate clearly and empathetically, take responsibility, adapt, and exercise self-control under pressure
- Physical ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting/standing and keyboard use
