- Provide hands‑on support to Intake, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Scheduling teams on revenue‑related processes
- Reinforce documentation, authorization, charge capture, and handoff requirements
- Serve as a day‑to‑day resource for revenue process questions
- Monitor adherence to revenue‑critical workflows
- Identify execution gaps, delays, recurring errors, and operational issues that pose revenue risk
- Communicate findings and trends to the Manager
- Track and report process‑level KPIs related to documentation timeliness, authorization completeness, and billing readiness
- Maintain issue logs tied to payer, therapy, or operational steps
- Deliver just‑in‑time coaching and workflow reinforcement
- Support rollout of new procedures and job aids
- Assist with onboarding new operational staff on revenue‑critical behaviors
- Participate in process mapping and improvement initiatives
- Assist with pilot testing and implementation
- Gather frontline feedback to refine workflows
- Assist in closing feedback loops after issues are resolved
- Own root‑cause analysis of operationally driven denials and revenue leakage
- Partner with operational leaders to redesign processes that prevent repeat issues
- Ensure denial fixes are embedded upstream and sustained
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or clinical support
- Specialty pharmacy, infusion, or home health experience preferred
- Exposure to authorizations, clinical documentation, or billing workflows preferred
- Process Improvement, audit, or QA experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with frontline teams
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm CST
- Willingness to travel 0–25%
- Frequently sitting and typing on a keyboard; occasionally standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders
- Ability to push/pull and lift/carry 1–10 lbs
