- Integrate the HUGO™ RAS-system into hospitals
- Support expansion or creation of robotic surgery programs and transitions from other platforms
- Meet robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics
- Conduct regular program review meetings
- Develop surgeon training plans
- Coordinate attendance at Medtronic off-site training and arrange proctored cases
- Develop staff training plans and support staff through their learning curve
- Attend cases during surgeon and staff learning sessions to support technology adoption
- Use change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and attain buy-in
- Coach hospital staff to promote skill transfer and operational self-sufficiency
- Cooperate with Medtronic field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms
- Track milestones demonstrating value delivered for pilot sites
- Travel throughout the country more than 75%
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience
- Ability to relocate to a major implementation site is required
- Willingness to travel throughout your country (>75%)
- Valid driver's license
- 12-18+ months clinical selling experience in an operating room environment preferred
- Knowledge and experience of operating rooms and surgery procedures preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation and strategy development through detailed implementation and results in delivery preferred
- Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements preferred
- Strong project management skills preferred
- Ability to integrate a customer team and coach it to continuously improve performance preferred
- Experience in change management and process optimization preferred
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and research skills preferred
- Familiarity with hospital workflows and complex healthcare environments preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders preferred
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously preferred
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment is required for roles below Principal level
