Requirements
- A strong background within the equestrian industry.
- At least two years' commercial, sales or business experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build their own business.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence working independently.
- A willingness to travel extensively throughout their territory.
- A genuine passion for saddlery and helping riders achieve the best possible fit for both horse and rider.
