Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients within assigned territory and target segments.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, industry engagement, and outbound business development activities.
  • Lead complex sales opportunities from initial discovery through contract execution and implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Risk, Legal, Operations, Implementation, Product, and Client Success to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Conduct executive‑level business discussions with C‑suite stakeholders, Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Operations leaders.
  • Identify strategic business challenges and align Element solutions to measurable operational and financial outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration, opportunity creation, and long‑term revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management through CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Serve as a market expert by identifying industry trends, competitive insights, customer needs, and emerging opportunities that support Element's growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field required
  • Minimum 7+ years of successful experience in complex B2B solution sales environments
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales, customer management or direct fleet management experience
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives
  • Demonstrated success acquiring new customers through a structured sales methodology
