Responsibilities
Proactively acquire strategic key account customers in Spain, Poland and the DACH region. Independently take responsibility for the entire sales process—from prospecting and product presentations, through proposal preparation and contract negotiation, to successful project closing. Report directly to the Co‑Founder and Head of Business Development and act as the central interface to internal stakeholders (inside sales, marketing, project management and fulfillment). Requirements
Experience in national and/or international sales (ideally in B2B and/or SaaS) and demonstrate a track record of success. Intercultural competence that supports winning new customers. Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40%). Passion for digitalization as well as for customer retention. Business‑fluent in German and English, and either Spanish or Polish. Additional languages are a plus.
