You acquire new customers and support existing customers when they move to their next subscription.
From your interactions with customers you collect feedback and share it with the team.
With passion, you ensure an outstanding customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery.
You also conduct consultation appointments at our locations and engage prospective customers on site.
Requirements You enjoy working with people and are comfortable communicating by phone and email.
Ideally you have experience in sales or the service industry (e. g., hospitality/restaurant).
You work in a structured and independent manner and are an excellent team player.
You speak and write German, English and French with confidence.
