- Build a network of employment agencies, job centers, skilled-worker advisors, and other regional partners
- Develop long-term collaborations and acquire new partners for continuing education programs
- Establish new contacts and identify opportunities for joint collaboration
- Represent Werks Kolleg Gmb H at events, networking meetings, and on-site appointments
- Advise interested individuals at our locations and support them in finding the right continuing education program
- Maintain the partner and prospect pipeline in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams
- Convince people of our educational programs and independently generate leads
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or the education sector
- Ideally, an established network with employment agencies, job centers, or regional cooperation partners in the Halle or Berlin area
- Knowledge of the funding landscape surrounding education vouchers, AZAV, or AVGS, or the ability to quickly learn these topics
- Confident and professional presence
- Strong communication skills
- A talent for building long-term relationships
- Independent and proactive working style
- Willingness to travel within the Halle/Berlin region
- Category B driver's license
- Confident use of CRM systems - ideally Hub Spot - and digital tools
