Responsibilities
Responsibility for achieving sales targets in the territory Accompanying surgeries with the aim of ensuring correct use of our products through guidance Establishing and expanding networks, including managing the relevant interfaces with our customers Convincing product demonstrations: professional technical advice on products and equipment Continuous territory analysis with respect to customer requirements, purchase‑decision criteria and local market changes, taking budget planning into account Close cooperation with team colleagues, Customer Care and Marketing Thorough market and competitor monitoring Regional and international support at congresses, workshops and training programs Requirements
Completed medical training (e.g., in medical technology or as DGKP/DGKS) or an equivalent qualification obtained through relevant professional experience At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the healthcare or medtech sector Proven success in acquiring and developing customers Excellent German and good English skills (spoken & written) Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with a CRM system Driver’s license (category B), residence in the region and willingness to travel approximately 80% within the specified area
