Responsibilities
End‑to‑end ownership of Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Define and govern scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures
Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
Design and oversee Salesforce integrations (APIs, events, middleware) in collaboration with integration architects
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and governance principles
Lead architectural governance, design reviews, and technical decision forums
Mentor developers and technical teams, supporting DevOps practices and driving continuous improvement across the platform
Support demand prioritization and solution feasibility discussions
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
12+ years of IT experience
8+ years in Salesforce architecture, technical leadership, or senior development roles
Relevant Salesforce certification is highly desirable
Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations within complex, global environments
Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement
Strong hands‑on technical experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, integrations, and Salesforce security architecture
Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST, events, middleware such as MuleSoft)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to operate effectively in Agile environments
