- Serve as the main operational contact for SAP AMS Functional delivery topics, issues, and concerns
- Act as the primary escalation point for tickets, delivery quality, governance, and operational risks
- Empower the delivery team to achieve high-quality deliverables aligned with SAP AMS process requirements
- Ensure target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are met and contractual commitments are fulfilled
Requirements
- Functional background in FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, TM, and PP
- 5+ years of proven SAP AMS service management experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP consultant in Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential; will be evaluated
- Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC
