- Advise customers on the implementation, further development, and optimization of SAP Business One
- Analyze business processes and develop tailored solution and digitalization concepts in collaboration with customers
- Design and implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations related to SAP Business One
- Install, configure, and implement SAP Business One, as well as complementary add-ons and interfaces
- Plan, coordinate, and support customer projects from initial concept through successful go-live
- Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and presentations
- Support customers in making optimal use of their systems
- Work closely with colleagues in Consulting, Development, and Support to create sustainable solutions
- Provide customer support remotely and, occasionally, on-site
Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One
- Strong understanding of business processes in purchasing, sales, warehousing, production, or finance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a target-audience-appropriate manner
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Enthusiasm for new topics and technologies, along with the ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility
- Customer focus, team spirit, and a professional demeanor
- Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
- Good German skills and basic English skills
- Willingness to travel for occasional customer appointments
