- Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, including cloud environments, Zero Trust, and modern attack vectors
- Develop and implement security concepts, architectures, and action plans
- Support the preparation of customized client proposals-from technical feasibility through to the business case
- Help shape forward-looking security topics such as Cloud Security, Secure by Design, AI-powered threat detection, and the continued development of the ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001
- Advise and support mid-sized to large companies in developing and implementing customized security solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and Product Management
- Contribute to exciting and varied projects for renowned corporate clients
Requirements
- Completed university of applied sciences or university degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Cybersecurity, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of practical experience in IT security consulting, security assessments, or client-facing security projects
- Excellent German and good English language skills (C1 level), both written and spoken
- At least one recognized security certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, GIAC GSEC, CEH, CompTIA CySA+, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, or equivalent; CISM/CISA)
- Advanced or strategic certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, GIAC, GCIH, GCFA, GPEN)
- Practical experience with cloud security platforms (AWS Security, Azure Security, Google Cloud Security)
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, SIEM/SOAR, vulnerability management, penetration testing, or DevSecOps
- Initial experience leading security projects or sub-projects
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders and specialist departments
