- Set and run the company’s security configuration across its tools
- Manage joiners, movers, leavers, access requests and approvals, associate access, SaaS security hygiene, and access reviews
- Implement and manage endpoint management and protection across the macOS fleet
- Configure security controls and access models across approximately a dozen SaaS applications
- Design roles and permission structures and assess SaaS plan capabilities and limitations
- Manage alerts, logs, and threat intelligence from existing tools
- Build access reporting, cross-tool investigation, and a tuned detection layer primarily with Claude Code
- Inventory tools and access processes
- Independently run onboarding, offboarding, and access requests
- Recommend and apply prioritized security improvements
- Plan and implement endpoint management and protection
- Build a Security Dashboard capable of supporting real investigations
- Participate in security event response when needed
Requirements
- Ability to work across identity, endpoints, tool configuration, logging, and standard IT activities
- Ability to balance security controls with business needs and user friction
- Ability to prioritize urgent versus non-urgent requests
- Experience with Google Workspace as an identity platform, including SSO and SAML app integration, groups and organizational units, admin roles and delegation, context-aware access, security and admin audit logs, and alerts
- Knowledge of APIs, REST, HTTP methods and status codes, API-key authentication, and OAuth 2.0
