Senior Analyst – OTC Confirmations Drafting

• Risk mitigate and confirm OTC derivative transitions with both internal and external clients via paper or electronic confirmation process
• Deal with trade confirmation language and economic breaks
• Collaborate with counterparties and internal stakeholders - resolving urgent issues, clarification of issues or drafting points on outstanding trade confirmations
• Draft ad-hoc confirmations requests from counterparties and internal stakeholders
• Create templates if necessary, seeking Sales, Trading and Legal approvals
• Deliver strategic projects to drive efficiency and enhanced controls
• Manage other tasks assigned as demand dictates

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years knowledge of drafting confirmations that support the 2002 and 2006/2021 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions
• Intermediate negotiation skills
• Intermediate experience in drafting and reviewing OTC Equity Structured Products
• Collaborates with risk, legal and trading across new products and templates
• Ability to advise/support risk, legal and trading, propose solutions across documentation
