- Drive ideas, craft excellence, and creative direction across all channels
- Provide creative direction, ideation, problem-solving, mentoring, and quality control
- Lead hands-on design execution, spending approximately 70% of time creating and 30% mentoring and supporting the team
- Manage design and execution of entire campaigns from concept through final delivery
- Elevate craft standards, improve ways of working, and own day-to-day creative delivery
- Lead and contribute to new business pitches and presentations
- Present design thinking to clients and internal stakeholders
- Interpret briefs and develop clear ideas with strong rationales
- Serve as a client-facing creative lead and build day-to-day client relationships
- Develop mood boards, scamps, campaign concepts, branding, production, and multi-channel rollouts
- Create digital and print assets including social, eDMs, websites, event materials, OOH, experiential, large format, POS, 3D, and structural work
- Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create and manage design systems and collaborative workflows
- Champion AI tools and workflows to support ideation and creative output
- Report to the Creative Director
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in a similar Creative role
- Experience in health/pharma essential
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience
- Portfolio demonstrating digital, print, OOH, social, campaign, and pitch work
- Experience designing for Print, Digital, 3D, Structural, Experiential, Social, Animation, large format, and POS
- Proven experience leading and delivering new business pitches
- Advanced fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
- Cinema 4D (or similar 3D software) highly regarded
- Experience in Unreal, After Effects and/or Premiere is a strong advantage
- Extensive experience conceptualising and executing ideas within established brand guidelines
- Confident communication skills
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows
- In-depth knowledge of US regulations, including FDA promotional regulations and the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Health Care Professionals
- Availability to work 9am–5pm within the US East Coast time zone
