- Architect and build scalable Java solutions powering a global social gaming platform reaching up to 150 million customers
- Write well-designed, testable, and scalable code in a timely manner
- Participate in the full development cycle from sprint planning through release cycles
- Ensure smooth development and cooperation between development teams and product owners
- Build and maintain high-load systems handling massive scale
- Troubleshoot production issues using metrics, alerts, monitoring, and profiling
- Contribute to scaling and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Java Engineer with strong Java Core knowledge (Java 8+)
- Proven expertise in multithreading and high-load systems
- Solid SQL knowledge and database optimization skills
- Strong experience with Docker (Docker Swarm) and containerization ecosystem
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with production monitoring tools, including metrics, alerts, monitoring, and profiling
- Good English communication skills in speaking and writing
- Experience with SPA and modern mobile and web technologies
- AI-driven engineering workflow comfort; willingness to use AI-assisted development as a primary productivity multiplier
