- Lead the end-to-end management of the competitive battlecard program, initially focusing on tactical enablement and foundational insights
- Use generative AI tools and workflows to gather, synthesize, and surface key market intelligence
- Partner with Sales and Product Enablement to translate data into clear narratives
- Deliver training that makes complex information user-friendly
- Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong
- Track platform engagement and success metrics to improve resources and demonstrate program value
- Shape go-to-market strategies by transforming complex market signals into actionable narratives for sales teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or platform management within a B2B enterprise
- B2B Technology or SaaS experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, specifically using iterative prompting to extract and summarize intelligence at the right level of detail
- Proven business acumen with a talent for identifying key signals from noise and crafting compelling, actionable narratives
- Service-oriented mindset with strong project management skills
- Experience using standard go-to-market toolkits
- BA/BS degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related analytical field is a nice to have
- Eligible to work from Colombia or Mexico
