Analyze clients' data management and reporting needs for banking transformation projects.
Design, build, and deploy functionality for data integration and data management.
Create data models supporting analytical application integration and reporting needs.
Collaborate with Software Development, Sales, and other SAP Fioneer teams.
Travel to meet the team on-site from time to time.
Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Possess 3+ years of professional experience in IT transformation projects.
- Initial experience in designing data management processes for the banking sector.
- A solid understanding of the technical mapping, interfacing and modeling of FSI products.
- Basic experience in configuring one of the following SAP solutions: SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA.
- Proficiency in data modeling with ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, SAP BTP or another database is preferred.
- Exposed to AI agents and Claude code.
- Exhibit positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude.
- Willingness to travel (50%).
- Proficiency in both English (written and oral).
