Senior Consultant – Software Test Manager

Take on technical leadership of teams
Define overarching test strategy
Take overall responsibility for the success of all testing activities
Prepare, plan and manage tests in relevant project phases
Manage and coordinate bug fixes and test approvals
Set up and report on test progress reporting
Support the definition of an overarching test strategy
Be responsible for creating functional test cases
Actively develop sustainable customer relationships
Support colleagues as a mentor and share experience
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in software testing as a Test Manager and/or Test Coordinator
Solid knowledge of processes and methodologies
Practical experience in software development and project management
Ideally experience with AI tools
Experience with relevant test tools such as Confluence, Jira, XRay, HP ALM, Solution Manager or similar tools
Business-fluent German (C1)
ISTQB certification
Experience presenting to clients and/or larger audiences
Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in software testing and project management, with a strong focus on defining test strategies and managing testing activities. Proficient in mentoring teams and fostering sustainable customer relationships while utilizing relevant testing tools.
